The Ground-Breaking Roxi Dress:
Where maxi dresses fade with the waning sunlight, the Roxi really is a maxi dress for all seasons. Featuring a floor-length design with a thigh length split; the boat neck, high waist, scoop back and batwing-style sleeves lend the wearer a stunningly slim line silhouette. It transforms from a lightweight spring/summer staple into an autumn day's chic piece, or even a comfortable winter evening show stopper. Why not experiment with stripes or prints to really keep it on trend.
- A boat neck line with key hole back
- An elasticated strap at the back of the neck

The Roxi dress pattern is the perfect piece for intermediate sewers who are looking to improve their skills when working with jersey material. Constructed using a double layer of fine one or two-way stretch jersey, the pattern only features a few pieces and uses concealed seams for added aesthetics. As the Roxi dress should be constructed using an overlocker machine, each pattern piece has been created with a seam allowance of 0.5cm or 1/4”. Regardless of the sewing skill-level you may possess, we recommend that you make an initial mock-up of this pattern to ensure the ease in which you can construct the Roxi, and the amount of stretch that will be offered by your chosen material.
