CAPRI TOP - CONSTRUCTION TIPS:
This sewing pattern is quick and simple to make - It's a perfect starting point for an absolute beginner. This top is so versatile, due to its internal supporting layer - it can be made from pretty much anything. Beginners should try using an organza or stiffened cotton, to create a casual textured piece. However, for a more sultry Burlesque look, you could use a high-sheen duchess satin and compliment it with beading. We've gone for a more modern look by using a geometric print to created an interesting effect with the pleated bust.
