If your pattern does not download, is for some reason incomplete, or is otherwise broken, please contact us immediately via our e-mail address (see below), Make sure your claim is no later than fourteen (14) business days (Monday through Friday) after the failed download. Please make sure you check our FAQ section first, as many issues can be resolved this way.
Refunds for any reason but technical issues with the download of a pattern are issued at our sole discretion. If you have technical trouble with a pattern, please provide specific details regarding your issue, including:
– the exact pattern name and code that you have downloaded (RP000),
– the date of your purchase,
– the purchase amount,
– a complete and detailed description of what is unsatisfactory, or why you would like to return the pattern,
– and the name, email address, and Ralphpink-patterns.com username associated with your purchase.
