The focal point of this pattern is the softly structured bow, which adds a touch of elegance and uniqueness to the fitted body. Skill Level & Tips

Level: Intermediate
The Bow Shirt pattern is equally suitable for beginners and more experienced sewers. It offers a great opportunity for beginners to practice their skills with a stiff cotton poplin or similar shirting material, making the project easier to handle. Intermediate sewers can experiment with finer materials like organza, although these may be more challenging to work with. Overlocking the seams instead of French seaming can simplify the construction process for beginners. The Bow Shirt pattern pushes the boundaries of fitted shirt construction, allowing you to explore your sewing abilities.

Fabric

Fabric Suggestions:
Our sample is completely made from organza. For intermediate sewers, finer materials like organza will be harder to work with but provide the best results. Beginners should work with more stable fabrics such as cotton, poplin, linen, etc.
