2. Who we are
Ralph Pink Patterns is a digital sewing pattern website selling downloadable sewing pattern products and related educational content.
The website is operated by the sole trader Ralph Pink, trading as Ralph Pink Patterns.
3. Using the website
You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes only.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, scrape content at scale, upload harmful code, or use the site in a way that disrupts service for other users.

6. Digital pattern files
Sewing pattern packs are digital products. No paper pattern will be posted.
Pattern packs may include PDF, AI and SVG files, plus a size chart, sewing instructions and a print guide. The product page will explain what is included in each pack.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, pattern files, instructions, images, illustrations, product descriptions, graphics, templates and digital files are owned by Ralph Pink Patterns or used with permission.
Buying a pattern gives you a personal-use licence. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the pattern design, files, instructions or artwork.
8. Personal-use licence
Unless a separate written licence is agreed, Ralph Pink Patterns sewing patterns are for personal use only.
You may print and use the files for your own sewing projects. You may edit AI or SVG files for personal fitting, adjustment, accessibility, printing or digital pattern-work purposes.
You may not sell garments made from the sewing patterns.
You may not resell, lend, share, upload, publish, redistribute, give away or commercially exploit original, copied, traced, converted, edited, exported or derivative versions of the pattern files.
9. Teaching, courses and workshops
You may use Ralph Pink Patterns in a sewing class only if each student has their own purchased copy of the pattern.
Patterns must not be copied, printed, shared, bundled into a course, added to a teaching pack or distributed to students without written permission.
10. Blog and technique articles
The website may include corset making technique articles, sewing guides and educational content.
These materials are for general information and learning support. They are not a substitute for your own testing, fitting, safety checks or professional advice where needed.
11. Links to other websites
